A teenage couple from Georgia in the southern United States have taken the Twittersphere by storm after Reagan Lee gifted her boyfriend a personalised Bible for Christmas.
Reagan’s boyfriend Garrett mentioned he’d like a new Bible for Christmas this year. Instead of simply buying one, Reagan decided to spend three months decorating every single page of the good book.
“I figured a Bible would be a cute, really pure gift,” she told BuzzFeed News. “And knowing my boyfriend, I knew he would love it even more if I customized it.”
She posted some photos of the finished work on Twitter on Christmas Eve, and it has since been retweeted 87,000 times, and liked a staggering 287,000 times.
“Making the Bible was really fun!” Reagan told Seventeen.com. “I’ve always loved arts and crafts, so even though it was a very long and tedious process, I enjoyed every second of it.”
