- Available shifts are Only for Fridays/Friday nights up until 9:30pm and all day on Saturdays
Providing excellent customer service is the key purpose of this role along with the important responsibility of supporting the Store Manager by supervising shifts, efficiently opening/closing the store and stock maintenance. Other duties also include cash register operation, re-stocking shelves, pricing stock and store merchandising.
Key Criteria:
We are looking for an organised person with strong leadership skills who can efficiently supervise a store and work cohesively within a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must as well as a positive attitude. An intermediate level of computer literacy is essential. Previous retail experience in a bookstore or book department is highly desirable. A good knowledge of Christian resources would be an advantage.
