The role involves coordination of HR systems across Australia for Bible Society Australia under the direction of the HR Manager. Our team share a broad range of HR responsibilities, with many opportunities to grow and learn across the range of HR & WHS functions. Initially this role will include particular focus on training and development, contracts and coordination of a variety of vital HR functions.

We are looking for an intuitive person with excellent interpersonal skills and strong organisational abilities. You will have demonstrated success in analyzing and coordinating training needs, a solid understanding of employment conditions and a keen ability to follow through to ensure HR processes are being implemented consistently across the organisation.

Key Criteria:

  • Solid understanding of good Human Resources practices and their impact on the organisation
  • 2-3yrs related experience, including Training and Contracts (essential)
  • Degree/Qualifications in HR or related field (highly regarded)
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills
  • Organized, self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change
  • The ability to multi-task and successfully manage competing priorities
  • Initiative and a positive, flexible, collaborative approach are vital
