Candidates must possess and demonstrate the following qualities:

• A growing and healthy relationship with Jesus
• Completion / Willingness to complete 2 foundational units of chaplaincy study
• A calling and passion for ministry to kids, youth and/or young adults
• The ability to gather people and relate effectively with others
• A willingness to learn, grow and develop in character and ministry
• Good organisational skills
