Bankstown Chinese Baptist Church (BCBC) is a small-sized church with English, Mandarin and Cantonese ministries. The English ministry currently serves a number of young adults and youth from universities and high schools.
We are seeking a Pastor who is passionate about evangelizing and youth ministry to further develop the work.

We believe this role requires 2 days per week to work on the programs of the church. Also, this role presents an opportunity for experience of building up a congregation.
It is envisaged that the successful applicant will commit to this role for at least 1 year, which includes a probation period for mutual evaluation of all aspects of the role.
List of duties:
- Teach scripture
- Preach and lead Bible studies
- Conduct worship service and youth activities
- Assist with setting up youth programs
- Additional tasks may be explored
Essential Criteria:
- Theological training from a reputable Bible college or seminary.
- Experience in ministering to adults and youth within a church context.
- Ability to relate to both parents and youth.
