What we are looking for:
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate a good balance between sound management practices, strong administrative skills and a customer-focused approach.
You will be able to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities, motivating, guiding and training a team of 5+ staff in order to achieve top results in a fast paced and friendly retail environment.
You will also show good financial management skills demonstrated by effective rostering as well as efficient monitoring and managing of budget and expenditure.
Additional Criteria:
- Management experience and/or a solid work history in retailing is essential
- Outstanding organizational skills
- The ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An intermediate level of computer literacy, at minimum
- A good knowledge of Christian resources
- An eye for detail
