Our church is situated in a thriving multicultural area of Western Sydney. The congregation reflects the multicultural area. We provide ministry to children, youth, young adults and seniors. We have a large contingent of young families in the area and we have close ties to the local primary school. We are looking to employ a person who will head the children’s ministry and be able to lead a team of volunteers.
The successful candidate should have:
– A commitment to growing a Christ-centred children’s ministry.
– A passion for working with children in a multi-cultural context.
– A commitment to developing and training other leaders.
– A self-starter, good in time management and a good team player.
– Theological education is preferable.
