The Role

This position is a crucial role to support Taste’s

cofounders, particularly in an exciting season of

growth and expansion.

Duties of this role will move fluidly between

serving Taste Creative, our not-for-profit sister

company; Bus Stop Films, and the personal lives

of Taste’s co-founders.

Faith and prayer is an important aspect of the

lives of the co-founders and as such this role is

suited to a person of Christian faith.

Responsibilities

• Preparing communications on behalf of the

co-founders

• Diary management and assistance with

capacity management

• Screen visitors and calls, prevent

interruptions, and resolve issues

• Organising travel and itineraries

• Provide estimates for activities and events

• Organising and planning meetings

• Taking notes and writing minutes during

meetings

• Conducting or preparing any required

research

• Run business and personal errands and

perform general administrative and

housekeeping tasks

We will invite you in for the first-round interview

at the Taste offices in Surry Hills.

Phase Four

You will be asked to complete an online

behavioural profile which assesses your natural

behaviour. This helps us to understand better

how you work and the best environment for you.

Phase Five

We will touch base with your referees for a good

old yarn.

Phase Six

We will invite you back for a second-round

interview with a couple more of the Taste team to

talk further about the role, your past experience,

how you’d fit in with the team and the future of

Taste Creative.
