ADM seeks a dynamic, strategic and faithful Christian leader to serve as the Program Manager, Mercy & Justice. The Program Manager (0.6 FTE) would work directly with the CEO and help shape the Mercy & Justice strategy, building significant momentum in this new season of the foundation’s work by ensuring execution of program grants, research, monitoring and evaluation. It is envisaged that the Program Manager would lead a team with an Area Specialist & Project Officer (0.4 FTE), and seasonal interns. They would be based in our Sydney office.
The ideal Program Manager would have a very strong personal commitment to the mission and vision of ADM and possess a solid understanding of international development. The ideal candidate would be able to work as a flexible, creative team player, envisioning how this program area interrelates with the other program areas of theological formation and public engagement, developing Opportunity Cases for internal investment, and anticipating how ADM’s work should evolve to serve in the future.
