About the Ideal Candidate: You are a motivated entrepreneur with proven people, management and leadership skills, experience in organisational development and mission, especially among Muslims.

You have a strong background as a mission leader and are able to bring creativity and enthusiasm to this role. You are able to develop a team dedicated to creating capacity for Christian ministry through new strategies, and back office support services.

You work by leading and empowering, and not by command and control.  You help others to achieve their best and celebrate their successes, and by creating a culture of serving others.

You have a proven ability to convey a strategic vision and positively engage and influence others.

You have demonstrated high level interpersonal skills and broad communication skills, including strong influencing skills, negotiation and conflict management skills and experience in cultivating and sustaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders.

Salary: Aus$60,000 pa

The successful applicant would be expected to make time to travel for a couple of weeks with the International Director and outgoing Australia Director to be introduced to supporting churches in May/June and attend the International Conference and leadership training in Germany 9-20 August 2019.
