The Heights Church is a contemporary evangelical Baptist church located at Hornsby Heights in the north west of Sydney, Australia. We are seeking a person of vision who is passionate to join The Heights Church to disciple, outreach and minister to and with the next generation of youth and young adults in our church and surrounding area.

- To ensure an effective outreach and discipleship ministry to and with youth and young adults.
- To develop, implement & maintain youth leader training.
- To participate in the leadership of the Sunday night service
The candidate will display qualities/experience in the following areas:
- Personal devotion & passion toward evangelism & discipleship
- Youth ministry & leadership experience
- Ability to work in a ministry team environment
- Creativity, enthusiasm and strong communication skills.
- Has, is currently undergoing or desires to undertake theological/ministry training.
- Experienced musician prefered but not essential
